Mini story of the life of Dave Mather, who is an American lawman, and an outlaw in the Old West. He was born into a family of seafaring lawyers in Massachusetts and his ancestors were brilliant English sailors. He has wanted to become a lawyer since childhood, partly because some of his family members are also lawyers. He is nicknamed "Mysterious Dave", which comes from the fact that he is a small man with square but weak shoulders, dark eyes and a mustache.
